Scientists have restored vision in old mice by regenerating cells to make them "younger"

Scientists have managed to repair age-related vision loss in lab mice by genetically engineering specific cells to effectively make them younger.

Harvard Medical School was involved in the experiment, and has licensed the technology to Boston company Life Biosciences - who will attempt to make the process safe for humans.
